Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries internationally. For International orders we use DHL or FedEx. For Australian orders we use Australia Post.

Where is our hair sourced from?
Our hair is sourced sustainably from Vietnam. We work closely with our supplier to provide only the best hair. All units are made from one donor.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders take 14 days for processing and delivery, dependant on your delivery location. This allows time for the unit to be made, customised and styled.

How do I track my order?  
When your order is shipped, we will send you your tracking details. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost packages after dispatch. This will need to be resolved with the courier.

Will my wigs come in one package?
If you have ordered more than one item, all items will be shipped together.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges? Unfortunately not due to the nature of our products. Please see our Refunds and Exchanges Policy for details.

What is a pre-order? A pre-order allows us to reserve an item for you before it it is released and in stock.

When will I receive my pre-order? Pre-orders can take up to 28 days to be dispatched.
