Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds unless an error has occurred on our part.

Customers have 14 days from delivery to report any defects, damage, or flaws with their product.

Please report any issues with your order to us through our contact us page. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Any items approved for return or exchange must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.
